Michael Benenati is the Managing Member of the Law Office of Michael Benenati, PC. A dedicated legal professional, Michael brings decades of experience and a commitment to excellence in representing his clients.

Michael grew up valuing education and hard work, leading him to pursue his studies diligently. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in June 1991. At Northeastern, Michael was recognized for his academic achievements, earning Dean’s List honors and becoming a prestigious Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Sigma National Honor Society member.

In September 1996, Michael earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he also achieved Dean’s List honors. He established himself as a skilled and passionate advocate for his clients, building a practice centered on integrity and results.

Michael is a proud member of the New York State Bar, the Queens Chamber of Commerce, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Through his active involvement in these organizations, he stays at the forefront of legal developments and continuously works to serve his community.
